Jaffelin

In 1920, Charles and Henri Jaffelin took over this place, so charged with history and stories. A century earlier, the Jaffelin family were already producing Marc and Fine de Bourgogne, as well as subtle Burgundy liqueurs. However, it was in 1816 that Henri Jaffelin, Charles and Henri's father, broadened the family's horizon and started to cultivate and produce great Burgundy wines.

He had one rule from the outset, a rule so stubborn and strong-willed that it became autonomous, identifiable, different. In one rebel phrase:
"Burgundy, nothing but Burgundy."
