Light ruby red with a fine, persistent perlage. Bouquet is very delicate and characteristic. Flavor is sweet, elegant and aromatic. Unmistakable for its typical aromatic qualities, this Spumante is made by the sparkling wine process known as the charmat method, made with a cuvee of the Brachetto wine.
