The inaugural vintage of Hopping White is a refreshingly vibrant Chardonnay blend. The Chardonnay coats the palate with a silky smooth mouth feel while the Sauvignon Blanc adds that crispness you crave on a hot Summer’s day in sunny California. Bright and crisp with aromas of guava and passion fruit on the nose. Hints of fruit blossom, white flowers and green apple float through the mid-palate with a nice finish reminiscent of yellow peaches and lychee. We recommend cooling down with Hopping White after a long day of surfing or pairing it with garlicky shrimp hot off the grill.
